What counts as a "memory"?
A memory is a single claim with lifecycle governance—ingested content that has passed Rumi's probes and been promoted to confirmed status. Each claim includes embeddings, metadata, citations, and provenance. Raw ingested documents before processing do not count toward your limit.
What happens when I exceed my Stash limit?
You'll receive quota notifications at 80% and 95% capacity. At 100%, new writes are rejected with a clear error—no silent data loss. Overage is available at a published per-unit rate, or you can upgrade to a higher tier.
Is there a free tier for production use?
No. The Explore Demo is for evaluation only with synthetic data. Production deployments start at Launch ($599/mo + $750 activation). This ensures we can provide proper support, SLAs, and infrastructure for production workloads.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Data migration between tiers is handled automatically—no manual export/import required.
What's included in the activation fee?
Activation covers: dedicated namespace provisioning, Control Plane policy configuration, initial embedding model setup, security review, and onboarding call with a solutions engineer. One-time per workspace.
